- Who are we
The West Windsor-Plainsboro Christian Fellowship is
a group of Chinese Christian families living in the greater Princeton area.
We started as a local Bible study group, it then turned into a fellowship
meeting at Windsor Chapel (West Windsor) which we met on the 2nd Saturday of
each month (4pm-6pm with dinner afterwards). Children have their own program in
small classes. Depending on the occasion, we may also hold special events to
celebrate important holidays.
We have hosted a series of events since September
2003, including the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festivals, Kids Fun Day, Christmas
Caroling, and Music Evangelistic program etc.
We currently have a program called the “Evergreen
Club”. This program is designed for the retirees and seniors who live in the
neighborhood. The Club meets regularly to have bible study, singing, games and
physical exercises. They also enjoy dim sum and Chinese pastries together. The
members enjoy tremendously at these gatherings.
Besides that, we have also started a “Women Bible
Study” group. They get together to study the Bible and serve as a support group
for each other. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking women meet bi-weekly to share
their family issues, child rearing methods and enjoy teas and biscuits.
By God's grace and blessing, together with the
shared vision to spread the Gospel in this local community by the Fellowship
Baptist Church in West Windsor, we started our first Chinese worship
service in Mandarin/Cantonese on May 22nd, 2005 at 9AM.
- Our Faith

We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, was inspired
by God. The Bible is the only authority for Christian belief and conduct. |

We believe in one true and living God,
eternally coexisting in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; equal in
position, rank, authority and glory; the God of Creation, Redemption and
Final Judgment. |

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, true God and true Man, the
incarnate Word, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He
was crucified to bear the sins of mankind and to become a sin offering to
save all who believe in Him so that they can be made holy by His shed blood.
He was raised on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is the Mediator
between God and Man. He will come again to judge all mankind. His kingdom is
everlasting. |

We believe that the Holy Spirit has descended to regenerate and indwell
believers, and to work in the believer's heart and produce Christlikeness.
The Holy Spirit also leads believers into the truth and gives them strength
to live a holy life. |

We believe that man was created in God's image, but disobeyed God and fell.
Sin and death then came to man. Man experienced not only physical death, but
also spiritual death as his soul was separated from God. Only through
substitutionary atonement by Jesus Christ can man be saved. Sinners are
saved by God's grace through faith, not by their own good works. |

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. The just
will be raised to eternal blessedness and the unjust will be raised to
judgment and eternal punishment. |

We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ. There is only one Church,
which includes all born-again Christians, past, present and future, in the
all places. The Great Commission of the Church is to spread the gospel to
the ends of the earth and build up believers in the truth. |
